At PERFEX Industries, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
